Spaghetti Bolognese

| 500 | g | ground beef |
| 200 | ml | vegetable brooth (instant) |
| 70 | g | tomato paste |
| 400 | g | diced tomatoes, with herbs |
| 500 | g | spaghetti |
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and finely dice the onion, garlic, and carrot.
Step 2
Add the ground beef to a pan, heat slowly, and fry it in its own fat while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the diced onions, garlic, and carrots to the pan and briefly sauté. Deglaze with the vegetable broth.
Step 4
Stir in the tomato paste, oregano, diced tomatoes, and tomato ketchup. Let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain through a sieve, rinse with cold water, and serve together with the sauce.
